4.00pm - 5.15pm Dartmouth Academy Choir followed by Drum Line

5.15pm Carol singing around the Christmas tree in Royal Avenue Gardens

5.50pm Switch on of the Christmas tree lights in Royal Avenue Gardens

6.00pm Santa arriving by boat in the Boatfloat (with escort from the Brittania Royal Naval College)

7.30pm Candlelit Arias at The Flavel (pre-booking at The Flavel essential)


As well as the above many of our wonderful local independent shops will be open until late for Christmas Shopping.


Saturday 1st December

PARK AND RIDE RUNNING FOR THE EVENT AND FREE OF CHARGE

10.00am - 7.00pm Markets in the Royal Avenue Gardens, The Quay and Flavel Place

10.00am - 5.00pm Dartmouth Academy Christmas Fair in The Old Market

10.30am - 3.30pm Children's art & wreath-making workshops & Santa's Grotto in The Flavel - see news page for more info on these events

10.00am - 7.00pm Entertainers and musicians in Royal Avenue Gardens, The Quay, Flavel Place, The Old market and around town

2.00pm Best Dressed Christmas Dog competition in the bandstand in Royal Avenue gardens

5.30pm Lantern procession starts at The Old Market and travels around town

6.00pm Lantern procession arrives in Royal Avenue Gardens for the party finale and live msic from Black Friday

7.30pm Candlelit Arias at The Flavel (pre-booking at The Flavel essential)

7.30pm Carols around the Christmas Tree at Dartmouth Yacht club - non members and famillies all very welcome
